8 ways PAM can help with school and sports admin

Every parent knows the relentless tide of comms from school and sports that you slowly drown under. My kids' school has three apps. One for teacher comms. One for paying for things. One for... I genuinely have no idea what it's for. Add the monthly monster newsletter, random weekly emails, paper notices shoved in the bottom of a bag, parent WhatsApp groups, and the school Facebook group. It's an absolute circus. I used to constantly drop the ball. Not because I didn't care — because no human brain was designed to track all of this.
And then there's sports. And activities. And another app for that. A volunteer manager sending updates (bless them — I could never). Either communicating so much your phone won't stop buzzing, or nothing, and you're completely in the dark. Plus the group chat noise. Sam can't make it today, he stepped on a pebble. Marcel's having big feelings. Yes, the coach needs the headcount — but the notifications about things that have nothing to do with you could fill an ocean.
And every term, just when you think you've got a handle on it, a whole new wave hits. A fresh batch of activities your kid absolutely has to do or they will literally die because everyone else is doing it. New bookings to make, fees to pay, dates to add to the calendar. New kit to buy for the thing they swear — they promise, Mum, they really mean it this time — will be their passion forever. Spoiler: the hockey stick will live in the garage by week six.

School admin doesn't have to be a second job. Forward it, screenshot it, share it — and let me handle the rest. |
