PAM for Businesses

School emails, appointments, reminders, calendars, forms, screenshots, WhatsApps, household tasks — all the stuff people carry in their heads.

PAM gets it out of their heads and into one organised place. Practical, private, genuinely useful. Not another wellbeing webinar — a tool that helps your people feel less overloaded and more in control.

Built for parents and caregivers. Useful for anyone with too much life admin.

PAM Launch & Engagement Pack

To help your people understand and actually use PAM, every business rollout includes a simple launch pack:

  • Launch communications — ready-to-send email, intranet, and Teams/Slack announcement copy.

  • Employee getting-started guide — clear, simple setup instructions.

  • Privacy & trust messaging — so your people understand PAM is personal and private to them.

  • Quarterly Impact Report — activation, engagement, usage trends, and anonymised employee feedback.

FAQs

Is PAM just for parents?

No, 25% of our users don't have kids. Parents are often the ones struggling the most with the mental load. So we focus on the impact on them in the ROI calculator. But many others in the team will experience great benefits from PAM. By serving parents, we have managed to create a tool that works for everyone. People with ADHD have found PAM exceptionally helpful with keeping on top of everything going on in their lives.

Does PAM pay for itself?

Yes, PAM actually provides a financial benefit for your business as well! Check out our ROI calculator and pricing for businesses here.

Working with your team

We're happy to work with your IT or security team to ensure any integration aligns with your governance and technical constraints. We're happy to complete your vendor security questionnaire or supplier due diligence process. We can sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to formalise our respective data responsibilities. We can provide aggregate usage reporting (e.g. number of active users, overall engagement) but as per our Privacy Policy, we are unable to provide any summaries or details of the data users have chosen to share with PAM

How does PAM handle my employees' data?

PAM only holds data that users actively and intentionally add, there is no passive collection, scraping, or crawling. Users must manually add content, forward information, or individually authorise any calendar integration via OAuth. Calendar integrations require explicit authorisation by each user. PAM cannot access any calendar a user hasn't personally consented to connect. We do not access work emails, internal documents, or corporate systems. PAM is a personal productivity tool, not a corporate one, and is not intended to replace any existing workplace communication or organisation tools. We do not build profiles on users or sell user data to third parties, ever.

What are PAM's standard security practices?

  • Monthly automated penetration test scans

  • Annual full manual penetration test

  • Quarterly disaster recovery and security breach exercises

  • All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)

  • Role-based access controls with least-privilege principles — no PAM employee has standing access to user data; access requires approval and is fully logged

  • Built on AWS infrastructure following the Well-Architected Framework, with organisation-wide governance controls

  • Security incidents disclosed to affected organisations within 72 hours, in line with NZ Privacy Act 2020 obligations
